Returns and damage

Each copy is bound for your order and cannot be resold, so it is not returnable because you changed your mind. If it arrives damaged, misprinted, misbound or short of pages, send a photograph within 30 days and it is replaced or refunded — your choice, no return shipment needed. The ebook stays yours either way.

Delivery

Dispatched within 3 to 5 working days, then tracked post. Your country sets the zone and the window; both are on the how this works page before you pay.

EPUBs

Delivered at checkout, DRM-free, and downloadable again from the same link. Because a file cannot be sent back, EPUB sales are final — which is exactly why the whole first chapter of every book is free to read first.

Privacy

Your cart lives in your own browser, in local storage, and is never sent anywhere until you check out. This site sets no advertising cookies, runs no third-party analytics and has no tracking pixels. The only data an order needs is the name, address and email required to print a book and post it.

Age

Most of this catalogue is adult fiction. Every romantic or sexual character is 25 or older, and every book states its heat level before you buy.

Getting in touch
