You buy the book and it ships. The ebook comes with it at no extra cost, and the audiobook too wherever we have recorded one. Here is exactly what arrives, what it costs, and when.
What you are buying

- 5.5 × 8.5 in (140 × 216 mm). Perfect-bound paperback, matte laminate. 60# uncoated cream, black ink.
- Hardcover
- 6 × 9 in (152 × 229 mm). Case laminate board, no jacket. Same text as the paperback.
- The ebook
- Free with either. EPUB and MOBI, DRM-free, emailed when you order, yours to keep and move between devices.
- The audiobook
- Free with either, on the titles we have finished recording. Where a book page does not mention one, it is not ready.
The price ladder
One order is one parcel however many books are in it, so the per-copy price falls as the order grows. The ladder applies to any titles bought together — it does not have to be a series.

Your country decides the zone; there is nothing else to choose. Delivery is charged per parcel, and a parcel is one pen name.

What comes with a printed book?
The ebook, free, in EPUB and MOBI, emailed the moment you order. Where we have recorded the audiobook, that comes too. There is nothing to add at checkout and nothing to buy twice.
Why does the per-copy price fall as I add books?
Because one order is one parcel whether it holds one book or twelve. The ladder passes that back rather than pretending each copy costs the same to handle.
Why did my order arrive in more than one parcel?
Each pen name ships in its own package with its own back matter. If you bought from two of them, that is two parcels, and delivery is charged per parcel.
What is the difference between the paperback and the hardcover?
The paperback is 5.5 × 8.5 in, perfect-bound paperback, matte laminate, on 60# uncoated cream, black ink. The hardcover is 6 × 9 in with a case laminate board, no jacket. Same text.
Is the free ebook locked to one device?
No. It is DRM-free, in EPUB and MOBI, and works in Kindle, Kobo, Apple Books or anything else that opens a book. It is yours.
Can I return a printed book?
Each copy is bound for your order and cannot be resold, so returns are for damage or a printing fault. Send a photograph and it is replaced or refunded. The ebook is yours either way.
How long will it take?
The ebook arrives at once. The printed book is dispatched within 3 to 5 working days and then travels by tracked post — between three and twenty working days depending on your zone.
